Processing of Personal Data To be able to book and/or purchase services and/or products with Royal Park Hospitality & Education Hub, you as a person or your business must be registered as a customer. What is processing of personal information?

Processing of personal information reflects every action taken using this information. Every action is considered a processing, regardless if automatic or manual. Examples of actions of processing are collecting, registering, organizing, storing, processing, transferring and deleting.

What kind of personal information are we collecting?

We collect personal information when you or your company are registered as a customer; when booking or purchasing our products or services, placing orders, contacting our customer service, participating in competitions, subscribing to newsletters, attending our events etc. The type of information collected can be limited but not excluded to; contact information, organisational number, personal number and payment information. How long do we store your personal information?

We store your information as long as it takes to perform the purposes stated above, or for as long as we are lawfully required to do so. Your information will be deleted in accordance with the information you receive when registering.

What are your rights?

At any given time you have the right to by written notice request information about the personal information we have stored regarding your person. If this information is wrong you can request to have them corrected. You can always request to have your personal information deleted. Personal information under provisions of law cannot be deleted.

Who has access to your personal information?

We do not sell or trade your personal information with third parties for the purpose of marketing. However, your information might be used for the purpose of marketing by other companies within the same group of companies as the company. Personal information can be transferred to external parties with their own data responsibility when there are legal grounds or contractual obligations for such a transfer, in order to fulfill performance towards customer. The transfer will be documented and only necessary information transferred.
